The South Mountain Village is one of the hottest growth areas in the city and also one the most culturally diverse. Zen Gardens is a community of single family detached homes that will have green build components within the insulation, windows and roofing materials.

The inspiration for the project embodies the Japanese influence that arrived in the Baseline corridor area in the 1940s after WWII. The development will incorporate the beauty and vibrant color of Zen gardens that once graced the area and are still kept alive by the Japanese family’s flower stores still located in South Mountain Village.
